A slow but peaceful day at the restaurant. Drank a lot of water in the morning and early afternoon, which seems to really work at routing my desire for soda. A quick goodbye drink with D (who is moving to Portland tomorrow) followed by a small grocery run got me home by 11. One more day in the salt mines before 4 days of freedom! And Edles McFeedles! And Betsy McShmetsy!
BREAKFAST: 7:45am, 3 banana cinnamon buttermilk pancakes, a banana, .75 bowl, hunger 4/5
LUNCH: noon, 4 slices of cheeseless clam & shrimp Sicilian, 1.25 bowl, hunger 4/5
I had a typo on "cheeseless", and auto-correct thought it was "cheerless". Hmmmm.
PM SNACK: 2:30pm, roasted potatoes, .25 bowl, hunger 3/5
PM SNACK: 4pm, green salad, .5 bowl, hunger 4/5
PM SNACK: 5:15pm, 3 small cold slices of pizza, .75 bowl, hunger 4/5
PM SNACK: 8pm, Sprite
EVENING SNORT: 10:30pm, small glass of beer
EVENING SNACK: 11:30pm, small portion of ice cream
