Saturday and trying to get things done

BREAKFAST: 6:45am, yogurt with raw cashews, hunger 3/5

LUNCH: 12:15pm, 3 pancakes and low sodium bacon, hunger 4/5
Made new batch of mix, used the unprocessed succanat as the sweetener, weird, but good.

PM SNACK: 3:30pm, small amount of gelato, hunger 3/5

DINNER: 5:30pm, tofu and mungbean pancake appetizers, pumpkin noodle, grilled todok and asparagus with multi grain rice, water, hunger 4/5
Vegan Korean food with B&T. Skipped dessert because T won't eat any after 6pm. Between the meal starting before 6 AND a weekend, I think T should indulged, but I think Ilsa may of already inoculated her against my sinful ways....so me & B skipped desert too.

EVENING SNACK: 11pm, 2 pieces whole wheat toast with hummus, bowl of organic cornflakes with good milk, hunger 4/5
Hungry and desiring sweets, but didn't want to stay up.
