Work was surprisingly busy in the evening, not a lot of time to sit around and eat!
BREAKFAST: 8am, iced green tea
I'm really happy with the consistency I'm getting. This is my method:
- Bring 1 gallon of water to a boil
- Turn off heat, add: 10 bags of jasmine green tea, 5 bags of Himalayan green tea, 3/4 cup of white sugar. Lightly stir.
- Cover. Rest for 10 minutes.
- Remove tea bags, light squeeze. Allow tea to come to room temp. Bottle and refrigerate.

LUNCH: 12:30, Sicilian with mushroom & onion, sprite, 1.25 bowl, hunger 4/5
I keep returning to Sprite because it comes in reasonable 8 oz bottles, not the 12 the other sodas come in. The 8 oz bottle look "old-fashioned" and small, but they make sense, nutritionally.
PM SNACK: 4pm, green salad, .75 bowl, hunger 4/5
DINNER: 6pm, 1 slice shrimp & clam pizza, .5 bowl, hunger 4/5
EVENING SNACK: 9:30pm, glass of apple juice
EVENING SNACK: 11:30pm, burgers and fries, water, 1 bowl, hunger 4/5
