Ethiopian for the Whole Family

I was hoping to feel better today, but a severe lack of sleep due to being woken several times by Mil, trying to sleep in Edie's bed, and being woken up at some point by Edie slapping my face and shouting "GO AWAY!" didn't make for a good night. The day was spent in a bit of a haze, but I got a round of weight lifting in, got to Wholefoods with Edie to pick up some specialty items (good tea! flax!), hit up a playground and picked up Ethiopian for the family. Fell into a coma around 11pm.

BREAKFAST: 8:30am, homemade granola bar, water, .5 bowl, hunger 4/5


LUNCH: 11am, sardine & avocado on garlic bagel, momma salad, pickle, brownie, water, 1.5 bowl, hunger 4/5


DINNER: 6pm, vegetarian Ethiopian food, 14 oz of ginger ale, 1.5 bowl, hunger 4/5


EVENING SNACK: 9pm, school made salsa, whole grain tortilla chips, .25 bowl, hunger 4/5
