Feeling fneh.

Started feeling low energy and listless on Sunday. Went to the movies and dinner with E, but felt more like staying in. Monday woke up, got on bike gear and ate, but had to admit to myself my energy level was on 0 and packed it in, staying on the couch all day and trying not to move a muscle. B&E went uptown to eat with her family, with the pie and ice cream I made these past few days, hope it went well. B is back to work tomorrow, I gotta get my baby-game on!

SUNDAY

BREAKFAST: 9am, good granola with dead organic milk, .5 bowl, hunger 4/5

AM SNACK:
11am, a few spoonfuls of freshly made vanilla ice cream
Churning it now for tomorrow's break fast with B's family.

LUNCH: 2pm, stouffer's french bread pizzas, 1.25 bowl, hunger 4/5

DINNER: 8pm, kimchi tofu beef stirfry, rice, kimchi pancake, a large bottle of beer, a bite of cake, 1.25 bowl, hunger 4/5

MONDAY

BREAKFAST: 8:30am, organic cheerios with milk, .5 bowl, hunger 4/5

LUNCH: 1pm, ritz crackers with peanut butter, pastina cooked in double-strength stock, 1 bowl, hunger 4/5

PM SNACKINGS: 5-8pm, m&ms, pistachios, .5 bowl, hunger 4/5
