A reasonable eating day for a work shift in the resto. No airconditioning and a steamy day didn't help my appetite, either.
BREAKFAST: 7:30am, good yogurt with honey, vanilla & cashews, blueberry iced green tea, .75 bowl, hunger 4/5
PM SNACK: 12:30, a few bits of bread, Manhattan Special
LUNCH: 1:30pm, shrimp and clam cheeseless pizza, soda, 1.25 bowl, hunger 4/5
DINNER: 7pm, green salad, meatball app, 1 bowl, hunger 4/5
