Fading

Long day. Woke up feeling drained, sore throat, not enough sleep. Went to pre-pre-school with Edie, snuck in a 30 minute nap before heading off to teach. Made it through class pretty well, the kids were really focused and tackled the complicated Asian recipes well. Nibbled through then rode over to midtown to have dinner at a steakhouse with E, who I haven't seen in a while. Got home close to 11, totally beat. Asleep by midnight.

AM SNACK: 7:30am, iced green tea


BREAKFAST: 8:45am, toasted garlic bagel with cream cheese, .75 bowl, hunger 4/5


LUNCH: noon, fishball and rice noodle, lotus leaf wraps, 1 bowl, hunger 4/5


SCHOOL EATS: 3-6pm, small bites of chicken & broc, white rice, pad thai, scallion pancake, pork dumplings, cheese cake, brownie, flan, blueberry tart, sweet potato pie, .75 bowl, hunger 4/5


DINNER: 9pm, 8oz filet minon, brussel sprouts, 1 beer, half a piece of chocolate cake, water, 1 bowl, hunger 4/5
