Cooked

Cooked up a bunch of good stuff, including the tomato sauce and bechamel to make some good baked ziti. Between going out and collecting ingredients, then firing several items it once (a 4 hour chicken stock, the ziti ingredients and fabrication, short bread, mint syrup, green salad) made for a full-feeling day.

BREAKFAST: 10:30am, bagel & cream cheese, 1 bowl, hunger 4/5

LUNCH 1: 1pm, grilled chicken tenders, .5 bowl, hunger 4/5

LUNCH 2: 3pm, farro & sausage, .75 bowl, hunger 4/5

PM DRINK: 1-7pm, Gatorade

PM SNACK: 5pm, homemade short bread, .25 bowl, hunger 4/5

DINNER: 7:30pm, homemade baked ziti, 1 bowl, hunger 4/5

EVENING SNACK: 1am, ramen, .5 bowl, hunger 4/5
