Indulgent

Spent a little time at the restaurant this morning, then the rest of the day with B&E. Picked up a lot of trashy food at the supermarket this afternoon, maybe a little too indulgent.

BREAKFAST: 9:30am, 2 pancakes, .5 bowl, hunger 4/5
I froze a batch of pancakes yesterday, they definitely degraded more in the freezing than a typical pancake -- a lot heavier and less fluffy then when they are fresh.

AM SNACK: 11am, half a Manhattan Special, .25 bowl, hunger 3/5
This stuff is Restaurant Rocket Fuel.

LUNCH: 12:45pm, green salad with chili grilled shrimp, 1 bowl, 3 dark chocolate covered graham crackers, hunger 4/5
Grilled some raw frozen shrimp, coated in safflower oil, a shake of worchestchire sauce and a sprinkle of chili powder, came out really nice. I'm finding that I don't like grilled things in non-fine dining restaurants because things tend to be pre-grilled and reheated, but grilling fresh at home totally rocks.

DINNER: 5:45pm, Stouffers French Bread pizzas, 4 mini ice cream cones, water, 1.25 bowl, hunger 4/5
Comfort.

EVENING SNACK: 10:30pm, too many potato chips, .5 bowl, hunger 4/5
My inner Ilsa is not happy with me.
